　　1. Collection content

　　2. Organization and implementation

　　(1) Project declaration.Energy industry management departments of various league cities，Carry out the collection and preliminary review of cultivation projects in the region as required，Authenticity of application materials、Completeness and compliance as well as the reporting unit’s absence of bad records will be reviewed，Submit the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Energy Science and Technology Innovation Cultivation Project Recommendation Summary Form" (Attachment 1) and project application materials to the Autonomous Region Energy Bureau。The applicant shall fill in the "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Energy Science and Technology Innovation Cultivation Project Information Form" and "Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Energy Science and Technology Innovation Cultivation Project Application Form" (Attachment 2-3)，Signed the "Letter of Commitment for Application Materials of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Energy Science and Technology Innovation Cultivation Project" (Attachment 4)，with official seal of the unit，Declaration is based on the territorial principle (projects of central energy enterprises stationed in the district and state-owned enterprises affiliated to the district can be submitted by the group company)，The same project can only be declared through a single unit，Multiple declarations are not allowed by changing project names, etc.。Enterprises can declare separately，Can also cooperate with universities、Declaration for scientific research institutes, etc.。

　　3. Relevant requirements
