2、SMEs are divided into medium -sized、Small、Micro three types，Specific standards according to enterprise practitioners、Business income、Total assets and other indicators，Formulate in combination with industry characteristics。

3、The industry applied to these regulations includes: farm、Lin、Mu、Fisheries，Industry (including mining，Manufacturing，Electricity、Heat、Gas and water production and supply industry)，Construction Industry，Wholesale industry，retail industry，Transportation industry (excluding the railway transportation industry)，Warehouse，Postal Industry，Accommodation industry，Catering industry，Information transmission industry (including telecommunications、Internet and related services)，Software and Information Technology Service Industry，Real estate development dafabet online sports betting appand operation，Property Management，Leasing and business service industry，Other unimpeded industries (including scientific research and technical service industry，Water conservancy, environment and public facilities management industry，Resident service, repair and other service industries，Social work，Culture, sports and entertainment等）。

4. The standards of various industries are:

（1）Agriculture, forest, animal husbandry, fisheries。Small and medium and micro enterprises with operating income below 20 million yuan。Where，Operating income of 5 million yuan and above is a medium -sized enterprise，Business income of 500,000 yuan or more is a small enterprise，Operating income of less than 500,000 yuan is a micro enterprise。

(2) Industry。less than 1,000 employees or less than 40 million yuan of operating income for small and medium micro -enterprises。Where，300 employees and above，and operating income of 20 million yuan and above are medium -sized enterprises; 20 employees and above，and operating income of 3 million yuan and above is small enterprises; less than 20 employees or less than 3 million yuan of operating income are micro enterprises。

(3) Construction industry。Business income of less than 80 million yuan or assets of less than 80 million yuan is small and medium -sized enterprises。Where，Operating income of 60 million yuan or above，and the total assets of 50 million yuan or more are medium -sized enterprises; operating income of 3 million yuan or more，and the total assets of 3 million yuan or more are small enterprises; the operating income is less than 3 million yuan or the total assets of 3 million yuan are micro enterprises。

(4) Wholesale industry。less than 200 employees or less than 40 million yuan of operating income are small and medium micro -enterprises。Where，20 employees and above，and operating income of 50 million yuan or more is medium -sized enterprises; 5 employees and more，and operating income of 10 million yuan or more are small enterprises; less than 5 employees or more than 10 million yuan in operating income are micro enterprises。

(5) Retail industry。less than 300 employees or less than 20 million yuan of operating income for small and medium micro enterprises。Where，50 employees and above，and operating income of 5 million yuan and above is medium -sized enterprises; 10 employees and above，and operating income of 1 million yuan or more is a small enterprise; less than 10 employees or more than 1 million yuan of operating income are micro enterprises。

(6) Transportation industry。less than 1,000 employees or less than 3 million yuan of operating income for small and medium micro -enterprises。Where，300 employees and above，and operating income of 30 million yuan or more is medium -sized enterprises; 20 employees and more，and operating income of 2 million yuan or more is small enterprises; less than 20 employees or more than 2 million yuan in operating income are micro enterprises。

(7) Warehouse。less than 200 employees or less than 3 million yuan in operating income are small and medium micro -enterprises。Where，100 employees and above，and operating income of 10 million yuan or more is medium -sized enterprises; 20 employees and more，and operating income of 1 million yuan or more as small enterprises; mini enterprises with less than 20 employees or less than 1 million yuan in operating income。

(8) Postal industry。less than 1,000 employees or less than 3 million yuan of operating income for small and medium micro -enterprises。Where，300 employees and above，and operating income of 20 million yuan and above are medium -sized enterprises; 20 employees and above，and operating income of 1 million yuan or more as small enterprises; mini enterprises with less than 20 employees or less than 1 million yuan in operating income。

(9) Accommodation industry。less than 300 employees or less than 100 million yuan of operating income are small and medium and micro enterprises。Where，100 employees and above，and operating income of 20 million yuan and above are medium -sized enterprises; 10 employees and above，and operating income of 1 million yuan or more is a small enterprise; less than 10 employees or more than 1 million yuan of operating income are micro enterprises。

(Ten) Catering Industry。less than 300 employees or less than 100 million yuan of operating income are small and medium and micro enterprises。Where，100 employees and above，and operating income of 20 million yuan and above are medium -sized enterprises; 10 employees and above，and operating income of 1 million yuan or more is a small enterprise; less than 10 employees or more than 1 million yuan of operating income are micro enterprises。

(11) Information transmission industry。Persons with less than 2,000 employees or less than 10 million yuan in operating income are small and medium and micro enterprises。Where，100 employees and above，and operating income of 10 million yuan or more is medium -sized enterprises; 10 employees and more，and operating income of 1 million yuan or more is a small enterprise; less than 10 employees or more than 1 million yuan of operating income are micro enterprises。

(12) Software and information technology service industry。less than 300 employees or less than 100 million yuan of operating income are small and medium and micro enterprises。Where，100 employees and above，and operating income of 10 million yuan or more is medium -sized enterprises; 10 employees and more，and business income of 500,000 yuan or more is small enterprises; less than 10 employees or less than 500,000 yuan of operating income are micro enterprises。

(13) Real estate development and operation。Business income of less than 20 million yuan or assets with a total assets of less than 1 million yuan is small and medium and micro enterprises。Where，Operating income of 10 million yuan or above，and the total assets of 50 million yuan or more are medium -sized enterprises; operating income of 1 million yuan or more，and the total assets of 20 million yuan or more are small enterprises; the operating income of less than 1 million yuan or the total assets of less than 20 million yuan is a miniature enterprise。

(14) Property Management。less than 1,000 employees or less than 50 million yuan of operating income are small and medium -sized enterprises。Where，300 employees and above，and operating income of 10 million yuan or more is medium -sized enterprises; 100 people and more employees，and operating income of 5 million yuan or more is small enterprises; less than 100 employees or less than 5 million yuan of operating income are micro enterprises。

(15) Leasing and business service industry。less than 300 employees or less than 12 million yuan of assets as small and medium micro -enterprises。Where，100 employees and above，and the total assets of 80 million yuan or more are medium -sized enterprises; 10 employees and more，and the total assets of 1 million yuan or more are small enterprises; less than 10 employees or less than 1 million yuan of assets are micro enterprises。

(16) Other unspecified industries。less than 300 employees is small and medium micro enterprises。Where，100 employees and above are medium -sized enterprises; 10 people with 10 employees are small enterprises; less than 10 employees are micro enterprises。
