Decision of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development on amending the "Construction Enterprise Qualification Management Regulations" and other departmental regulations

一、Regulations on the Management of Qualifications of Construction Enterprises (Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Order No. 22，Amended in accordance with the Order No. 32 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) Article 14 is revised to: "Enterprises apply for construction enterprise qualifications，Submit application matters on the website or approval platform of the qualification licensing authority，Submit funds、Professional and technical personnel、Technical equipment and completed performance and other electronic materials”。

　二、Regulations on the Management of Qualifications for Survey and Design of Construction Projects (Ministry of Construction Order No. 160，According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Order No. 24、Amended the Order No. 32 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) Article 11 is modified to read: "Enterprises apply for project survey、Engineering design qualification，The application should be dafabet online betting websitesubmitted on the official website or approval platform of the qualification licensing authority，Submit funds、Professional and technical personnel、Technical equipment and completed achievements and other electronic materials”。Delete Articles 12 and 13，Adjust the order of relevant provisions accordingly。

三、Regulations on the Qualification Management of Project Supervision Enterprises (Ministry of Construction Order No. 158，According to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Order No. 24、Amendment to Order No. 32 of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development) Article 12 is modified to read: "Enterprises apply for project supervision enterprise qualifications，Submit application matters on the website or approval platform of the qualification licensing authority，Submit professional and technical personnel、Technical equipment and completed performance and other electronic materials”。

Four、Regulations on the Qualification Management of Real Estate Development Enterprises (Ministry of Construction Order No. 77，Amended according to the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development Order No. 24) Paragraph 1 of Article 6 is revised to “Newly established real estate development enterprises shall within 30 days from the date of obtaining the business license，Submit application and filing matters on the website or platform of the qualification approval department，Submit business dafabet live casinolicense、Articles of Association、Electronic materials of professional and technical personnel qualification certificates and labor contracts”。
