Chapter 1 General Provisions

　　Chapter 2 National Technology Business Incubator Recognition Conditions

Article 6 To apply for a national science and technology business incubator, you must meet the following conditions:

　　7. The cumulative number of graduated companies from the incubator should reach more than 20。

Article 9 Enterprises graduating from incubators should meet at least one of the following conditions:

1. High-tech enterprise registered and approved by the state;

　　3. Cumulative operating income exceeds 10 million yuan for 2 consecutive years;

　　4. Merged、Acquisition or listing in domestic and foreign capital markets、Listed。

Article 10  Technology business incubators in difficult and remote areas across the country (according to the scope and categories of difficult and remote areas stipulated by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security)，Incubation site area、Number of incubating and graduating companies、Incubation capital scale、Intellectual property ratio and other requirements can be reduced by 20%。

Article 11 Application procedures for national science and technology business incubators:

Article 19 Incubators should improve their market-oriented operation capabilities，Encourage entrepreneurial operations，Building a sustainable development operating model，Improve your own brand influence。

Article 20 Incubators should actively integrate into the global innovation and entrepreneurship network，Carry out international technology transfer、Offshore incubation and other businesses，Introducing high-quality overseas projects、Technical achievements, talents and other resources，Helping entrepreneurs connect with overseas markets。

Article 21  Local governments and science Dafabet reviewsand Technology Departments at all levels、National Independent Innovation Demonstration Zone、The national high-tech industrial development zone management agency and its relevant departments should include in the incubator development plan、Land、Provide policy support from financial and other aspects。
