1. Demonstration content

2. Application requirements

(2) Provinces、Autonomous Region、Municipality and cities under separate state planning、The industry and information technology department of the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps (hereinafter collectively referred to as the provincial level) is responsible for organizing the application of demonstration projects in the region。Demonstration projects should have obvious industry or regional characteristics，Strongly representative and demonstrative，Can give full play to the role of typical demonstration and radiation leadership，Promote the healthy development of information consumption。The demonstration content includes 5 categories and 10 directions。

3. Submission method

All provincial industry and information technology authorities are requested to submit paper versions of the application materials for recommended projects including the "New Information Consumption Demonstration Project Application Form" (Attachment 2) and recommendation letters before April 4, 2019 ( Submit in duplicate) and electronic version (CD) to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Information and Software Services Department) by EMS express or confidential exchange。
