State Administration of Taxation Announcement No. 9 of 2019

To strengthen and improve the management of special value-added tax invoices，The State Administration of Taxation decided to adjust the anti-counterfeiting measures for special value-added tax invoices，Since the first quarter of 2019, special VAT invoices will be printed in accordance with the adjusted anti-counterfeiting measures。The relevant matters are now announced as follows:

The unused VAT invoices in the inventory of tax authorities and taxpayers can continue to be used。

This announcement shall come into effect on the date of issuance。Article 3 and Annex 3 of the "Announcement of the State Administration of Taxation on Issues Concerning the Launch of the New Version of Value-Added Tax Invoices" (State Administration of Taxation Announcement No. 43, 2014) are repealed at the same time。
